I really loved the beautiful decorations in the hotel. The lobby area had stunning artwork and elegant furnishings, making it feel like a luxurious space. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was. The ramps and elevators made it easy for me to move around without any inconvenience or discomfort. It was such a relief to not have to worry about stairs or uneven surfaces.

The only thing I would ask for is better consideration for senior guests. Sometimes, the staff members, especially the younger ones, seemed a bit careless and didn't fully understand or meet the needs of older guests like me.
